What a SpinRadar review is
A casino review is a claim about a business, and it should be treated as one. Saying an operator pays quickly, presents its terms fairly and supports a particular payment method for withdrawals is an assertion of fact, and the only responsible basis for it is evidence gathered first-hand and recorded with a date.
A great deal of what circulates as casino review content in the UK is not that. It is compiled from operators' own marketing pages, copied between sites, and refreshed by changing a year in the heading. It reads convincingly because the source material was written to be convincing, and it is frequently out of date within weeks because payment coverage and bonus terms change without announcement.
Our approach is narrower and slower. We do not publish an operator until the checks below have been completed on a real account, and we do not fill gaps with estimates. That is why this hub currently contains no reviews. An empty page is a more accurate representation of the work done so far than a list would be.
Our review methodology
The process is designed so that two reviewers assessing the same operator reach broadly the same conclusion. Fixed criteria, evidence recorded against each one, and a standing rule that anything unverifiable is reported as unverifiable.

Licence and documentation
We record the licensee company name, confirm a current remote licence on the UK Gambling Commission's public register, note any recent public enforcement action, and identify the other trading names held by the same licensee.

Terms read in full
General terms, bonus terms, withdrawal policy and the fund protection statement. We note minimum withdrawals, pending and reversal periods, monthly caps, wagering multiples, game weighting and maximum bet rules as written rather than as summarised elsewhere.

Account lifecycle testing
Registration, identity verification, a deposit and a withdrawal are completed on a real account. Timings are observed and logged at each stage, because withdrawal speed in particular cannot be taken from marketing copy.

Structured assessment
Eight areas are assessed against the same criteria for every operator: licensing and safety, withdrawals, payment coverage, bonus terms, game range, mobile experience, support, and player-protection tools.

Weighting by context
The same evidence is weighted differently by page. A fast-payout comparison leans heavily on observed withdrawal timings; a payments page leans on cashier coverage tested in both directions.

Publication with gaps visible
Where something could not be verified, the review says so. We do not infer licence details, estimate payout times or reuse another site's figures to fill a blank.
What each review will cover
Reviews are structured identically so they can be compared. The eight areas below are the ones that determine whether an account was worth opening, and they are deliberately weighted away from the things easiest for an operator to change overnight.
Licensing and safety
Licence status on the public register, the licensee behind the brand, fund protection level and the named alternative dispute resolution provider.
Withdrawals
Observed time from request to funds arriving, pending and reversal periods, minimums, monthly caps and any charges on standard payouts.
Payments
Which methods are supported for deposits and, separately, for withdrawals — tested in the cashier rather than read from a marketing page.
Bonus terms
Wagering multiple and what it applies to, game weighting, maximum bet, expiry and conversion caps, recorded as written on the date checked.
Games and software
Studios represented, live dealer depth, table limits, search and filtering, and whether return-to-player figures are published per title.
Mobile experience
How clearly the cashier separates cash, bonus funds and pending withdrawals, and how quickly limits and spending history can be found on a phone.
Support
Whether a specific question about a withdrawal term receives a specific answer, real availability behind advertised hours, and a documented complaints route.
Player protection
How prominent deposit, loss and session limits are, how quickly they take effect, and how easily an account can be closed.
Independence and how this site is funded
No commercial arrangement exists with any gambling business at present, and no operator has paid for placement, coverage or wording on this site. If affiliate arrangements are introduced later, that will be disclosed on the page in question, and the disclosure will not be conditional on a reader looking for it.
Commercial relationships will not influence assessments. Ordering follows the recorded scores, an operator that pays commission receives no adjustment for it, and a poor result is published as a poor result. Operators may respond to a factual error, and where a correction is made the review notes what changed and when.

What to read while reviews are in progress
The checks we run are ones you can run yourself, and they are more durable than any single ranking. Confirm the licensee name from a site's footer on the Gambling Commission's public register. Read the withdrawal section of the terms rather than the promotions page. Read a bonus's wagering multiple, weighting, maximum bet and expiry before opting in. Upload identity documents at registration so a first payout is not held up by verification.
